I really love that you kick-off the entire story with a mystery. It really drives interest, even paaaaages into it, because I STILL WANT TO KNOW! 💙 Plus, the entire dream sequence is so very cool.

Thank you! I felt like it would be a really good set up for the story too. I drew inspiration for the mystery plot vehicle from George RR Martin's "Game of Thrones" series. He opened the story with a snippet of the white walkers and undead. It really locked readers and viewers in right from the start. I wanted to emulate some of that here with the dream intro.
