Looks like Kobayashi has finally acquiesced to Tohru's contant requests for intimacy. After all, Kobayashi's a hard worker, often stressed... when she gets home from a busy, thankless day at the office, all she needs is someone else to take control, to melt into the arms of her trusted maid and loyal friend. So, even in Kobayashi's compromised state, Tohru thinks of nothing but serving and spoiling her mistress!
