I was on a streak a while back of just sketching without finishing any of the works... but I think I'll finish this one! I originally drew it as Hinata, but as she was the featured girl this month, I figure I'll lay off her and draw someone else instead. I was thinking of making this into Lotte from Little Witch Academia... what do you guys think? :0
