Great review! How about for 2022-2023? Is this a "all world´s a stage" with the SEC? Will XRP really be adopted worldwide as CBDC´s base tech OR will the FED issue a BuyBack of all XRPs? For me this XRP stuff is the most mindboggling issue on crypto...

Feedback: Sorry, but the chart predicitons aren't working. Your team did sense what we now know was certain SEC officials taking money from ETH billionaires to open the door for ETH products, then slam it shut for other cryptos. 50,000 XRP owners have been granted limited participation, joining Ripple's side in the lawsuit. The outcome willl affect all cryptos in the US one way or the other unless Congress intervenes. Chairman Ginsler only wants to allow Bitcoin and ETH products, like the two chairs before him. I am grateful for all your RV efforts but wish for more direction on the big Qs: Will proof of work succeed long term? Will central banks choose one of the existing X-coins? Will the US devolve into civil war? Will the electric grid for the masses be cut off due to EMPs--solar storms or nuclear? What causes RV misses beyond obvious personal failures? Do parallel dimensions bleed over to us, causing a lot of RV misses--as Prof. Brown believes? What is the nature of the universe--a simulation? If so, what are the particulars.

I love the idea of these follow up sessions!! Provides great content with minimal stress on the viewers. I imagine it's also a bit satisfying to see the fruits of your labor. I believe the corruption / unlawful angle is spot on. Looks like the SEC is on trial instead of Ripple at this point. With the mainstream media finally picking up on this case, it looks like there may be a spotlight shown on the SEC corruption.

The rest of the world seems to believe more in XRP than US/SEC. I would hope this carries us forward as it will touch the entire crypto realm.

This may be a bias opinion because I hold XRP, but I get the feeling the 2021 crypto bull run has been dulled by the SEC lawsuit against Ripple and to potential for many SEC lawsuits. I believe the whales and larger institutional investors are treading carefully because a Ripple lawsuit loss could spin out dozens of lawsuits by the SEC. We can see this latent fear has kept volumes low across most cryptos. I think this is bigger than people realize in light of the G20 and the clamp down on cryptos in many countries in the last 10 months. It might be a good RV project to look at the future of cryptos with incoming global regulations and revisit XRP and its lawsuit outcome as a harbinger for the entire crypto sphere.

I have been holding XRP going on a year. Your data points are good. The conversation is if ETH and BC are not securities, how is XRP one. There is a sense that Gensler is picking winners and losers. "Legal Briefs" lawyer on youtube has the exact information of the court proceedings. It seems the SEC keeps extending; they asked for another discovery extension, yesterday the third or fourth. The judge appears to have stopped it. There was news that ripple was being considered for cbdc for the British pound yesterday. The WTF and world banks have publicly said they want to use XRP. XRP has signed with about 400 banks worldwide, yet the SEC continues to fight. The creepy feeling that they want it all for themselves (TPTB). There is a Bart Simpson cartoon XRP 598 By the End Of Year. The case is on the court docket for early June 2022. Nov 12th is supposed to be the end of discovery when there should be some action or NOT!

It would be interesting to not just remote view the XRP token, but the entire XRP Ledger. I don’t think they comprehend the entire scope of the ecosystem with Flare network. I would be interested in hearing how this all functions.

To address Edward’s comment about the pre-crime or orchestrated crime, many believe Ripple and SEC orchestrated the lawsuit as a way to have absolute clarity by law and set precedent for other cryptos. Meanwhile, they would promote Bitcoin and Ethereum while banks and institutions would purchase XRP at a more affordable price.

For those who are “on the fence” - The repercussive effects of this lawsuit on the entire digital asset market could represent that fork in the road for many so called “coins” If you should be under the impression that we are operating on a level playing field & that the SEC/Government has your best interest at heart, then maybe leaving one of your front teeth under your pillow tonight is your best option.
