I wonder if Jeff knows about trusts. Bitcoin accounts are personal. My question would be is there a way to put crypto assets into a trust?

Thanks Dick! I spoke to Jake - nice guy. But because I'm a NY resident, they can't work with me. It really sucks how our government is getting in the way of our own personal investments.

Not at all Angel, we have a few pieces in the pipe right now. We have our weekly briefs on Thursdays and publish new content for our subscribers on Fridays, Mondays and as new things come in. We had some really crazy session data come back last week and are getting ready to publish that. Dick also has another segment with Will Lehr to discuss taxes.

This is somethign John Jay Singelton does. You can contact him through https://www.aceofcoins.com/ However you might have to use a browser like TOR since he is heavily scrutinized and been delisted off of most search engines.

Just read this in the news this morning, so, they are doing it are as well, of course: German Federal government tightens money laundering requirements for crypto currencies The federal cabinet wants to implement the 5th Money Laundering Directive with a bill. Service providers around "crypto values" see their business model threatened. Providers of electronic purses who make sales with crypto currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple or Facebooks of planned Libra will be subject to stricter rules in Germany. On Wednesday, the Federal Cabinet launched a bill to incorporate the 5th EU Directive on combating money laundering and terrorist financing into national law. For the first time, the regulations stipulate that the operators of exchange offices and other service providers must also check their customers for virtual currencies within the framework of the "usual duties of care" for financial institutions. For example, they will be required to store the identity of users and their relevant wallet addresses in a central database and report suspicious cases. The initiative of the Federal Government plans to expand the circle of those affected by the provisions to include providers who store, administer or secure broadly defined "cryptographic values or private cryptographic keys". The requirement for this is that these services must provide the means to "hold, store and transmit" relevant tokens for third parties. In addition, the control unit in the form of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), which has already been criticized by data protectors as being too powerful, is to be given extended access to relevant databases in line with EU regulations and thus "become even more powerful". The Federal Association of German Startups recently warned against over-regulation in a statement on the draft bill of the Federal Ministry of Finance. The requirements for checking legitimacy must be clearly limited to providers with end customer contact, otherwise the business model of numerous crypto currency services would be threatened. The planned additional identification procedure, which is to be carried out via video and is thus "not very customer-friendly", was also a nuisance to the association. The government has not improved on these points. Now it's the turn of the Bundestag and the Bundesrat. Original source (German): https://heise.de/-4485194
