Shuffling tiers around (Patreon)

Hi guys! One change has been made to the pledge rewards, and I thought I might as well do this before more pledges come in.

The $7 tier is removed, and the extra reward attached to it, which is updates to Super All-round and other big projects, that's moved down to the $2 tier. Which makes more sense actually; makes the news announcements and stuff a lot more accessible.

Anyway that's that; nothing much else going on. I'm finishing up a few commissions and I'll get back to completing that Poipole balloon I had. It'll be up on my art pages soon~
