Hi dear patrons!

Very soon I'll be taking the leap into a galaxy far, far away and watching the Star Wars movies for the first time!

But this opens the door to a lot of questions. Mainly I'm wondering about the order in which I should watch them! I know episodes 4-6 were made first, but do I start with episodes 1-3 since that's where the story begins?

And what about Solo and Rogue One? Do I include them at all?

For now I'm only curious about the movies; I will think of approaching the shows later on...

Anyway, sound off on the comments below! I'd love your input

You gotta do release order first, because if you do chronological order, it doesn’t have the same effect as seeing themone through six. There’s no secrets or information. Need to watch it the way, George, Lucas intended 456123 and then if you wanna watch 789 I won’t stop you, if you wanna get the full effect of how it was intended watch 45 and six first, and then 123 you have to remember that people, my generation or older had to wait years before these movies came out. The anticipation of what we’re going to happen was what drew you into these movies.when you watch them back to back to back to back to back, it doesn’t have the same effect so go with 456123789

So glad you are going to do this. These came out when I was a kid for five and six that’s how old I am ha ha ha. These are my Harry Potter and I’m still a huge fan and I’ll always be a huge fan so it’s always great to see other people become fans, so excited for you
