Loved, loved, LOVED this reaction and getting to watch it with you, Cristy!!! Like most of the other commenters here, we've all seen these movies more times that we could probably count at this point. So refreshing getting to watch along with someone that's not seen it before to recapture some of that magic we all had seeing it the first time(s) when we were just kids. I never got to see them in the theaters originally until the Special Editions were released in the 90's, but I had seen them on VHS countless times by that point. Hard to believe Star Wars is pushing 50 years old now and the effects they did back in '77 still hold up well today. It really was a cinematic achievement like none other and one of many reasons it drew in so many fans right out of the gate. Can't wait to see The Empire Strikes Back with you and hope you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend ahead!!! Cheers and May the Force Be With You!

I agree it's not ideal... but I'm not too worried about it. Honestly, the story, characters and music are the most important parts for me :)
