"Wait, what is this...?"

When Erica woke up, she felt a strange sensation in her ears. Looking in the mirror, she saw fox-like ears growing on her head. She had visited the island known for its abundance of foxes, often called the "Fox Island," for several months for research.

"Could it be from that yesterday...? No way, right?"

Yesterday, she had encountered a friendly fox in the field. In a moment of spontaneity, they shared a kiss. Little did she expect that it would lead to such a result. Despite her astonishment, Erica remained calm and began analyzing the changes happening to her body. Being a fox researcher herself, she considered this transformation as an unexpected yet integral part of her experiments.

"Even if I present myself as a research subject, I doubt anyone would believe it."

Initially, the changes manifested in her appetite. Raw meat tasted more delicious than usual, and tentatively biting into it, she exclaimed,

"So tasty!"

However, Erica believed these changes to be temporary. As days passed, fox-like features gradually appeared on her body. 

Her eyes turned bright amber, her senses sharpened, and her sense of smell became highly developed. She developed a preference for basking in the sunlight by the window or in the garden during the day, and a habit of gazing at the starry sky at night.

And then, her body entered the mating season. Fox instincts took control of her, and desires became uncontrollable. However, she calmly accepted it and made efforts to somehow release the pent-up desires.

Immersed in her transformed senses, Erica found herself drawn to fox-like behaviors. At night, she could feel the outside sounds through the window, reacting sensitively like a fox. Her daily routine included meditative moments in the quiet garden, where she would sit peacefully, absorbing the sounds of the wind and rustling leaves.

However, as her food supply dwindled and her unrestrained desires grew more intense, an insatiable yearning for the outside world took over. 

Erica ventured deep into the island, joining a gathering of foxes. Accepted as a new companion, her loneliness transformed into joy.

With her newfound family, Erica embraced a life of harmony with the island's nature, embarking on a new adventure as a fox.
