Very solid episode, I thought the Denken vs. Frieren fight was a little short but it realistically makes sense as he is NOWHERE near her level at the end of the day. Overall animation was really good as well.

Frieren’s spell was awesome, I loved the prism and colour changing visual effects it had My theory is that Frieren literally created a spell on the spot. She was analysing the barrier since the previous day, so she probably made a spell (using her incredible mastery of magic) to specifically target the one weak spot the barrier’s spell had. I don’t think we’ll see that spell again because if I’m right it’ll never have use again (who’s going to break another one of Serie’s barriers for good reason??)

The intro gives us an idea how long lived serie is. Even back when the elves were a thing.

Serie might have outlived Frieren but all we see her do is sit on her butt for a 1000 years. Friren did that too but she did fight demons constantly for at least 500+ years too. In terms of knowledge i dont think Frieren comes close but Serie would lose in a fight 100% I agree with Flamme.
