Haruno is definitely a very flawed character, and she definitely could've handled her interactions with Hachiman, Yukino, and Yui a lot better, but I genuinely think that she does want what's best for them. I also think that was a great point you brought up that Haruno probably has never had a genuine relationship in her life, the pain she's in about not being able to find that is written all over her face.

Sadly the Ova for this season is only the first half of the Shin Oregairu LN. Not to say it isn't good it's just the 2nd half is pure gold, for reasons I can't say yet
