Charity Case Ch4:Pg4 Process & hi-res (Patreon)

As happy as I am with the new style, it did feel quite empty, so I'm experimenting with some grainy textures to give it more energy!

This is also seriously inspired by manga, I love how the characters have like...shorthand forms, and then detailed pretty forms (especially when it's really exaggerated, like in full metal alchemist brotherhood :P) so the last panel is them sorta snapping to pretty mode (especially Marnie, who I draw as a circle with a dumb expression 90% of the time). I feel like it helps the scene read as more romantic, maybe that's how they look to eachother, y'know!

Also for people that want to know, my brush is kyles nupastel (with basically 0 opacity) and kyles fx aquatint for the grain!
