BONUS! City Hall Judges and Freak (Patreon)

These two judges are present in the city hall scene, but get no individual lines. Hey, I'll include them in the interest of being comprehensive, perhaps if I draw as many of these nobodies as possible it'll fill the emptiness in my soul. Eventually.

I've given them both "Barney teeth" - the kind of prominent overbite that a lot of early characters have. I cannot remember if this is from the scene or not, but it's increasingly one of my favourite design traits of Springfieldians, it looks so goofy.

I've also included a fan favourite season one freak here. I've posted him elsewhere, but I might as well pop him up here for posterity:
