GOTSIS Superhero Name (Patreon)

Hey everyone. So, if you remember, a while back I had posted a little post asking for a superhero name for Harry. Names and suggestions rained in, and it was lovely seeing you all so hyped up about the story.

So, as we gear up for GotSIS' special update wherein we officially enter the MCU, it is time to decide on the name once and for all.

There are ten options that I have short listed and the reason they made it to the list (These are my thoughts, so you know what I am thinking too):

• Arcane: One of the first names that were suggested, I feel that it can pretty well sum up what Harry will be for the general public when he becomes an Avenger.

• Emerald Wizard/sorcerer/mage: This name was suggested with variation by both patrons and discord members, which goes in hand with the title of Scarlett witch. But only Harry's eyes are emerald and to me, it isn't the most attractive of names. This is a people's choice.

• Emrys: This name stands of Myrddin Emrys, AKA Merlin, who is one of the most famous wizards of all times. He is also a connecting point between both worlds for Harry, which can also be factored in.

• Guardian: The name is in the title of the story which is something I like. But Avengers are guardians too, in a sense. I am conflicted on this name.

• Horizon: This goes more in hand with the color of Sorcery and the Soul Stone.

• Magus: Magus... do I need to say more?

• Mrityunjaya: One of the deepest names I have come across that fits Harry quiet perfectly. It has connections with the Hindu mythology and means 'The one who won over death' in Sanskrit.

• Mystic: Lovely name and he is a master of the mystic arts. Though, there is Mystique too even if she isn't going to be in the fic.

• Phoenix: Harry has a deep connection with this name, and it is a lovely superhero name.

• Sentinel: The word means a soldier or guard whose job is to stand and keep watch. It fits Harry perfectly (and way more dramatically than guardian.) This is honestly one of my favorite options in the list as it also has a direct connection to the title without the blandness or overly cheesy thing that some of the hero names usually have. This is the name I love most,.

Now, you have read the names, their explanation, and my thoughts on it. Do remember that I like them all (despite having a favorite) and would pull any one of them off.
