But hey- they're in the game now! That took forever!

Coding capture enemies is so fun and normal in this game. Especially the part where you have to do exponentially more work depending on how many you're adding. To add two enemies with two variations I had to do eight enemies' worth of coding and testing and implementation.

On top of that capture enemies LOVE to misbehave: AI weirdness, Animation bugs, and so many crashes to desktop. Did you know that Darkest Dungeon doesn't produce error logs? You have to feel out and solve crashes based on vibes alone.

But they're done now! My biggest addition to LLE yet, and I hope you like them!

Great job. You can be proud of that achievement. Mimics are always a win, no matter the kind of game. Having no logs to work on must have sucked a lot.
