[idea] Patron-Only* commissions (Patreon)

Hey all! I'm thinking of reopening commissions soon, and I think that keeping it patron-only* will keep be from becoming overwhelmed like from previous commission batches.

The way it would work is that you'd have to be a patron to send in a commission request, if I accepted the commission, I would deduct the price of your pledge that month from the commission. Being a patron is not a sure-fire way to claim a spot in queue, but more of a way to keep client numbers lower than normal. Do let me know if you like this idea, or if there are flaws in it that I haven't thought of :] Any feedback on this idea is appreciated! ^^

*By patron-only, it would be above a certain paid tier, and probably wouldn't include free patrons, just to clarify!!
