Pony Pregnancy Progression Part 3 WIP (Patreon)

A pregnancy progression where the rest of Pony's body grows to support her giant belly!
She outgrew the grocery store (where a full cart = a week's groceries) and upgraded to the bulk grocery warehouse (where a full cart = the day's lunch).
