The last day of week 1 at the Retreat (Patreon)

New "Guests" at Dr. Lilith's retreat undergo no medical procedures for the first week while they are asked to present as feminine as possible.  At the end of the week, the sponsors are welcome to inspect their guests to determine if they are satisfactorialy sissified.  Once in a while, a guest will go home at this stage, intact, content to take her new place in the relationship.  

Most guests are rejected by their sponsors though.  They are then taken down to the clinic where their male genitalia is removed.  Usualy this is folowed by local MACR Treatment to begin the process of full feminization, however, once in a while, a sponsor will ask that their guest be nullified,  left with no genitals at all.  

A Guest is never told the planned outcome.  They get to discover it in time.
