I was just thinking about this type of premise the other day but slightly different. My thought was a gangster of some kind who demands loyalty from all his men and to prove their loyalty they have to give up their gender. So all his guards, money men, assasins, etc, are forced femme trans women. And of course he uses it as punishment too. Who wouldn't? This is kind of like that so that is very interesting you posted it!
