Early Release, Harley Quinn (Patreon)

The mod is packed in a FoMod installer and has several options, including starting loc. You'll see once you open it.

I also gave MakoDraco permission to publish it if he wants too. He seem really happy that I made his preset into a follower so I'll leave it to him to publish which means I'll only be sharing here on my Patreon with the rest of the cool kids ;)
