Here's a picture featuring Herculer from, well, Hercules. The idea was suggested by BetwixtNBetween.

"Disney's Hercules takes the training to the next level and becomes a giant muscle god, his size finally reflecting his super-strength. Perhaps he uses his enormous muscles/belly as a shield to protect the city from siege? Catapults and trebuchets bounce harmlessly off his massive body."

Hercules putting the whole "from Zero to Hero" to another level, now he doesn't even have to try to deflect any attack that faces his way~
