August 2022 Sketches 20 - Aether (Genshin Impact) (Sequence) (Patreon)

Here's a sequence featuring Aether/Traveler from Genshin Impact. The idea was suggestd by Tezu.

"I have another idea with Aether as well where he goes to touch a statue of the seven but instead of just getting the Archon’s respective elemental power, he also gains the ability to absorb that elemental energy into himself and use it to grow bigger and stronger! He just goes around absorbing plenty of elemental energy, becoming stronger and growing massive"

1. Aether seemed to finally completely collect all the Anemoculus of the region. He was prepared for the usual reward for offering them to the Statue of the Seven...but not THIS kind of reward!

Aether was surprised how his point of view suddenly raised as he was surrounded by the cyan particles that the statue let off. His whole body has grown in size! Some of his clothes shredding into pieces with the sudden surge of size, his feet exposed as they were released from the confines of his shoes.

Once he was done examining himself, he noticed that the light coming from the statue turned off, as if all the energy it had was absorbed into Aether's body...This is a reward that Aether was more than fine with...and if anything, encouraged him to visit the rest of the statues...

2. Once he absorbed the energy of all the Anemo Statues of the Seven, he moved into Liyue! Having quite the easy time exploring the mountains and the sea of clouds...since he could just was over them! He was just as big as the mountains, and after a few statues, he was taller than the mountains and the sea of clouds itself! He also noticed that he was able to absorb the elements of the statues he has syphoned...so he grew even further by absorbing any Geo structures, or eating any Geo or Anemo inbued enemy.

3. Since Inazuma isn't very known for its warm welcomes, Aether decided to rudely step into and go straight to the Electro Statues of the Seven! Him having no problem, since he towered over the main region of Inazuma! 

The Raiden Shogun decided to step in, and attack with her lethal attacks!...but it was too later, Aether already absorbed one of the Electro statues, so if anything, all her electro attacks just fed Aether even more, and made him grow even further! No crappy Electro themed gimmick or obstacle was going to get in his way to aborb all of the electro element of the region!
