"Seiji Shingen from Idolmaster SideM. He has an event in his work schedule that shows off big strong manly men, so he wants to bulk up for it. Over time, he gets even bigger and bigger after each workout session, fueled with protein shakes, and the other idols of 315Pro notice and get worried but don’t say anything. On the day of the event, Seiji has become a massive giant he doesn’t even fit on stage (also an alt with a big belly as a result of the many protein shakes he’s also drank). He’s only wearing a Speedo and after seeing how small everyone is, Seiji gets horny and his massive dick rips out of his speedo and towers over his own head."
