Here's a picture featuring Morty from Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver). The idea was suggested by PipthePuffin.

"I'd also like to suggest Morty from Pokemon Gold/Silver. Seems he's spent too much time around his Gengar and taken up some of its habits. When he sees a delicious-looking challenger (like Gold/Ethan), he can't resist picking them up, stripping them down and using Lick - growing a bit bigger each time"

Morty's gym became kind of a big stopping point for most Johto trainers that tries the Gym Challenge...not because it was challenging, but because Morty wouldn't let go of them! The more challengers went to challenge him, the more of them became trapped by the gigantic gym leader's grasp, only to be received by his big, wet tongue, giving all of the trainers nonstop licks. Each lick making him bigger. What started as a silly trick became kind of a bad habit of his, he just can't help it anymore~
