August 2021 Sketches 7 - Bennett (Genshin Impact) (Patreon)

Here's a picture featuring Bennett from Genshin Impact. The idea was suggested by PipthePuffin.

"I've never played Genshin Impact, but Bennett looks like a fun character. Maybe he ends up getting crazy results from his training just out of sheer enthusiasm, haha."

After receiving complaints how Bennett's last constellation upgrade is more of a downgrade, the dev team decided to change it into something more practical...

Since Benny is more of a support character, maybe they could give him a big of a boost in strength and stamina. So they decided to make it so, while Bennett is inside his "Fantastic Voyage" circle, he'll make all enemies aggro on him, but all hits would heal, and boost his attacks. Since the circle is around for a short time, they thought it would be balanced...

But since it was just released, it was glitching out already. When Fantastic Voyage was activated, it never seemed to run out, and instead of staying still, the circle followed Bennett whenever he went! Not only that, but once his HP was healed to its limit, it kept going! And doubled the healing number almost each hit! And to make things even more broken...the higher his HP and stats went up, his body grew along those numbers! His clother ripping into shreds, leaving him in some tattered shorts, which did an awful job at hiding his manhood. 

Meanwhile, in the game, Bennett was ecstatic, feeling so powerful, he felt like he could really support his team to the fullest. And since he tends to get into trouble pretty often, that trouble and damage would only turn into more power for him! Always taking the front to protect others from hits! Both to take care of them, and get more powerful!

No matter how many times players reset their game, Bennett was still huge. Even weirder, sometimes their game would start with Bennett giving them a bunch of rewards!...Seems like Bennett was getting on adventures even when the players weren't playing the game...and wouldn't stop growing from all the damage and training he's going through!

Seems like the dev team will have to fix things again...if Bennett lets him at all anyway.
