Here's a picture featuring Chad and a new, unnamed Primarina gijinka/OC. The idea was suggested by magicwizz29. I took some liberties with the idea.

"dk if this is too tall a request but I thought maybe you might like the idea: You Chad and Frodrick OCs going on a walk by the pier. A huge male Primarina gijinka emerges from the water and starts to flirt with Frodrick making him flustered and Chad instantly jealous."

1. Chad and Frodrick were enjoying a nice stroll through a pier, Chad deeeeefinetly around just to be Frodrick's bodyguard, of course, for sure. Until suddenly, a huge arm got in front of CHad, separating him from Frodrick...

It was the arm of a HUGE Primarina! Way to big for an often delicate looking pokemon. Primarina started petting Frodrick's head with his huge finger, teasing him by telling him how cute he was. Frodrick was freaking out with how huge the beautiful merman was...and how embarrassed e was from the giant tease's words.

Chad was just there licking his ice cream, observing the whole situation, what was on his mind?...

2. Primarina kept on teasing Frodrick...until suddenly, an even HUGER arm grabbed the big merman from below, and lifted him up. It was Chad's arm! Him being able to grow to his max size whenever he wanted, he easil outgrew the tease of a merman, and lifted him up over his shoulder!

The Primarina thought he was about to get beaten up...but Chad had other plans.

For him, being with Frodrick is the thhing that makes him the happiest. But seeing how this Primarina, as much of a tease he was, he seemed genuinely interested in Frodrick. And whoever loves Frodrick...is a friend of Chad! He isn't insecure enough to feel like anyone will steal Frodrick from him, if anything, the more people love him and Frodrick, the better! The more love to share with more people, and Chad will receive them with open arms~

So Chad asked Frodrick if they could bring the Primarina guy to Frodrick's mansion to have him over...and maybe let him stay! Besides the mansion has plenty of space for more people to stay in~ Frodrick couldn't say no at how excited Chad was.

Primarina was quite surprised from the turn of events...but he had to admit that he was kinda touched by Chad and Frodrick's relationship, and really appreciated their invitation to their "family".

Was this the start of Chad "recruiting" more big guys to join their loving "family", and start filling Frodrick's mansion with more big guys that love each other?...Who knows~
