September 2020 Sketches 11 (Patreon)

Here's a picture featuring Cruise, an Alolan Raichu gijinka. The idea was suggested by Locemo.

"An Alolan Raichu gijinka Surfer boy, Cruise, laying on the beach, puffed up large enough that only the top of his back can rest on the sand and the rest of him goes into the water. While he's laying there he's using his psychic powers to levitate other surfers so they can surf in the air instead! With them zipping around above him."

Here's Cruise during one of his surfing classes. He always makes sure to have his classes during clear skies. To make sure this happens, if there are any storm clouds in the sky, he flies up on his surfing board, gets into the cloud, and inhales them, the energy he gets from them makes him grow bigger, and expand his psychic capabilities.

So here's him laying on the beach after clearing the skies so him and his students can enjoy the class nicely. While he's laying down, he's creating psychic waves for his students to sur on, letting the surf around the sky with ease. In case one of them falls, he can just use his psychic powers to catch them, or just be ready to receive him on his body.
