June 2020 Sketches 5 (Patreon)

Here's a picture featuring Barry from Pokemon DIamond/Pearl/Platinum. The idea was suggested by magicwizz29. 

"a continuation of your June 2019 sketch of Barry (  https://www.patreon.com/posts/june-2019-5-28009242 ) but this time the trainer exited out of victory road and is greated with a giant oblivious Barry about to stomp on them"

Whenever Lucas (Pokemon PLatinum Main CHaracter) stumbled upon Barry, his extremely enegetic, yet kind of clumsy rival, Barry seemed to become bigger with every encounter...His team was getting stronger for sure, but seems like Barry was focusing on another kind of powering up instead of powering up his team.

Somehow, Lucas felt a little intimidated by his constantly growing rival, how easily Barry could push away Lucas and any other person with his powerful body, making them bounce away with his muscles, or with his massive belly. 

Also, whenever they visited a new town, Barry would go straight towards the first restaurant he could find, ordering everything on the menu, proceeding to ravenously devour every single piece of food in front of  him...Lucas being able how each piece of food added more mass to Barry's body, making him grow a few inches upwards and outwards with each bite...

When they were able to deal with Team Galactic, Lucas just reached Barry's thighs in size, Barry probably being several times Lucas' size and weight. They separated from then on to train even harder to see who could beat the League first, promising each other that they would have one final match before they reached the league, seeing who passes through Victory Road first.

So after a rought journey filled with good times and hardships, good and evil trainers...and many bumps from his ever growing rival, Lucas was finally able to go through Victory Road.

He exhaled a huge sigh of relief looking up to the exit of Victory Road. While approaching the exit, Lucas couldn't help but wonder how Barry was doing. How was he? How has his team been growing? Has he arrived to the League already?...How much bigger was he? 

Slightly blushing from that last inner question, he snapped out of it, and ran towards the exit. He was received by a strong wind, the fresh sea air filling his norstrils. He closed his eyes to take a deep breath to enjoy  his fresh reward for going through such a harsh trial.

It felt great, the wind, the sunlight....but suddenly, the sun was covered by something. "Probably a cloud..." Lucas said,opening his eyes to see what was going on...Only to be received by a colossal foot heading his way! He inmediatedly knew it was Barry, who else would be this big?? Somehow, he wasn't shocked, but still really impressed and intimidated by Barry's sheer size! Seems like Barry has been busy training...

Lucas did his best to try to shout and shake his arms to get Barry's attention, only to be ignored by the constantly distracted giant... Meanwhile, Barry has been waiting for Lucas for quite a while, since he just needed to lift his legs a bit to get over Victory Road. And since Lucas was taking so long, Barry decided to go look for him himself...what he didn't know, Lucas was much, MUCH closer than he thought. haha
