Here they are wandering the streets, both dressing as Santa.

THey're wandering the streets to find people and see if they were naughty or nice. If they're nice, they're staying with Flynn to join his Christmas party, or well, stay somewhere between his muscles. And if you were naughty, well, be prepared to be played with by Centa, who will be demanding some nice massages and worship.

The way they question people is quite simple...they pick them up, put them between their pecs, and ask if they were naughty or nice...Some answer, some dont, or some faint from the nosebleed...
