Christmas 2019 Sketches 2 (Patreon)

Here's a picture of an unnamed Guardian Spirit.

He wanders around random gardens, and if you build a shrine, as humble as it is, he'll stay to take care of you and your house from curses and evil spirits.

The more offerings (Food, toys, etc.) you give him, the bigger his full size will be. 

He's pretty lazy and likes to take naps, but he'll make sure to take his job as a guardian seriously.  If he gets really fond of the person he protects, he likes to follow them around, and maybe keep them company in their pockets if they have to go out of the house. 

His favorites offerings are food and handmade toys, he specially loves them if they were made by the people he's protecting. 

So here's him in his first Christmas while taking care of this family. It may not seem obvious from his not so expressive face, but he's actually pretty moved with the big amount of gifts he received from the people he takes care of. It's like the amount of love put into the gifts also adds up to the size of his, so with each gift he received, you could see him burst in size, with a slight, yet sincere smile on his face. After a few gifts, he already filled most of the living room...but there were still some more to open! Ever since that day, Christmas became his favorite holiday.
