During some research, Mitsuru was able to find a very dusty book in the dorm's library. It turns out that it was an old book written by some scientists from the Kirijo group. It caught her attention, so decided to read some of the notes written in it. 

Most things she found in the book were already part of her knowledge, being the daughter of the head of the group and all. But something caught her eye the most. It seemed like some kind of recipe for a physical strength enhancement liquid, but the weird thing about it was, it was only made of parts of Shadows, the shady creatures the party has fought for months by now. She decided to call Yuki (The MC of the game) over, since he was the leader of the party. She told him about this recipe, and consulted him is he had some of the shadow pieces they have collected. He just nodded, showing his inventory to her. After confirming this, she asked him to bring the pieces to the lab to start developing this newfound recipe.

It didn't take long, the lab in the dorm was pretty advanced, and also, the recipe was made with the current equipment, oddly yet conveniently enough. They were able to create around a litre, and with a lot of pieces to spare. Now the only thing that was left was trying it...Both of them were a bit too afraid of trying it. Mitsuru decided to hold a meeting with the rest of the party to talk about this.

After explaining the details, everyone was in touch with what was going on with the bottle that was put on the table in the middle of the living room. "So now the only thing that's left is...someone trying it to see if it works", Mitsuru said, with a bit of shame with how umprofessional this seems. Everyone seemed to be a bit afraid of trying it, Junpei going as far as saying outloud "No way in hell, man!" After some time that felt like several minutes, Mitsuru was a bout to give up and just store the potion, until someone slammed his hand on the table. It was Akihiko, with a fearless, determined look on his face, he decided to give the potion a try. "Thank you Akihiko, I knew I could count on you" Mitsuru said with a relieved smile.

It started with just small sips, to see if it was even edible...but the taste really reminded him of the taste of one of his Protein bars! After finding that out, he decidedd to drink the whole thing in a few gulps. Letting out a satisfiedd sigh, he just stood there for a few seconds...The other asked him if he was fine. He answered with a very reassuring "Yes!", and everyone knew he was fine when he said that he wanted to start training right away. If anything, it seemed to just give him a small boost in energy, so Mitsuru came to the conclusion that the potion just served as some kind of energy drink. Everyone decided to call it a night and head to bed, except for Akihiko, who went to the basemen, where he made it into his own gym.

But what everyone, and even Akihiko didn't notice, is that the more he flexed his muscles, the bigger they got. His usual weight excercises became easier the more he lifted, he didn't mind it that much, because he was enjoying the excercise much more than other days. Before that day he felt satisfied after every excercise session, but after drinking that potion, he didn't want to stop! He kept on lifting until the weights became to light for him, then he started to do excercises involving using his own weight, like push ups. He kept going and going, each lift with a loud grunt, and with each grunt, his body pulsed bigger. He could feel his clothes getting tighter with each lift. "Heh, I guess it was about time I changed my gym attire~" He said with a smirk while lifting even more. He jumped up, making a loud thud while landing, and proceeded to the punching bag, sending relentless punches to the poor bag. Each flexing motion he made while punching, it added even more mass to his body, and even more speed to his punches, punching the bag at blinding speed. After a whole beating, he finished off with a powerful uppercut that sent the bag flying. "I guess I'll also have to get a new punching bag..." He said while panting and scratching his head, drenching in sweat.

Even though it was about time he should headd to bed, he still wanted to excercise more, still filled with energy and adrenaline. But he felt thirsty...specifically, he wanted more of that potion. Knowing that Yuki was involved in the making of it, he decided to head to his room to ask him to make more for him. Without noticing his increased size and weight, he left cracks on each of the steps of the stairs leading up. He did notice something weird when he bumped his head with the upper part of the door leading to the living room, and he also needed to get into it sideways, since his shoulders brushed the sides of the door. "...Maybe it really works", he mumbled to himself. Ideas inmedieately flowed in his head, of him getting bigger and stronger, being able to outmatch any opponent at the boxing ring, but more importantly, gain enough strength to beat any shadow that gets in his way, and be able to defend the people he cares about. With that in mind, he got determined to get as big and strong as he could to become the strongest weapon of the team! With the excitemen, almost instinctively, did a double bicep pose, pulsing slightly bigger with that flex. 

He rushed to Yuki's room, without noticing that each step made the dorm shake slightly. He knocked the door, and was received by Yuki who was in his pajamas, he barely got time to react to a huge Akihiko that was covering most of his sight out of his room, before he was easily lifted by Akihiko, and was brought to the lab, which was in the same basement as Akihiko's personal gym. On the way there, he didnt even care about opening the door to the basement, he just blasted through it, breaking the door, and now breaking each step of the stairs with his powerful barefeet. Once they got in the lab, he gently put Yuki down, and started to explain...and flex "Yuki! I need you to make more of that potion! It really works!"  he said while flexing in front of Yuki. "Besides, it seems like I'll be doing most of the damage in the party from now on..." He said as he slowly approached Yuki. "So you should do your part, and play your role as the supporter from now on~" He said while bouncing his pecs in front of Yuki. As good willed Akihiko was, it seemed like he still enjoyed being able to show off a bit. Yuki, unfazed by Akihiko's behaviour (just a slight blush), just gave a thumbs up, and agreed to make more.

So this is how the whole thing started, what started as daily litres, became hourly gallons of that power enhancing potion. Akihiko talked to Mitsuru, and they both agreed that they would focus on making that drink just for Akihiko, since it seems like his genes worked well with it, and they can't risk the other party members to have any negative consequences by drinking it.

But yep, here's the whole party, supporting Akihiko in his excercises to become bigger and stronger, while he enjoys and is determined to become stronger for him and everyone else he cares about.

Shinji is mainly mumbling to himself with how much more of a show off Akihiko has become, Ken is admiring Akihiko's strength and determination, Koromaru is enjoying a nice nap, Junpei and Yukari are happily cheering for Akihiko, Mitsuru is measuring Akihiko's constant improvements by taking the time of his excercises, Fuuka is surprised by Akihiko's improvements. Meanwhile, Yuki is enjoying some music with Ryoji, while Aigis is curious about Yuki's MP3.
