Not enough Bulk (Safe and Naked Set) (Patreon)

Winner Sketch from November 2018. I wasn't too happy how the character from the sketch looked, so I took the chance and used this chance to draw a character I had in mind for a while.

His name is Feirus, he has another main "form", but thought it would be fitting for him to be an Infernape, since he's a very impish character. haha

So in this picture, Feirus just defeated his opponent by constantly using "Bulk Up" and attacking...but seems like he enjoys bulking up a bit too much. The trainer usually has issues getting Feirus's attention when he gets like this. Could it be because he doesn't have enough gym badges?...Or probably because Feirus enjoys it too much. haha
