Here's a giant Schezo from the Puyo Puyo series dressed as a cat...and acting as a cat, being taken care of by a normal sized person.

There's this mobile game called Puyo Puyo Quest, where you collect different characters from the series, and there are several versions of characters in it. So...yep, there's actually a version of Schezo that's called "Neko Schezo" (if I'm not mistaken...), who has cat ears and tail. haha
