April 2024 Sketches 1 - Astarion (Baldur's Gate 3) (Patreon)

Here's a sequence featuring Astarion from Baldur's Gate 3. The idea was suggested by TPoN.

"Due to the Mind Flayer Parasite altering Astarions body already, making him able to survive in sunlight and the such, it ended up having some…other side effects. Turns out, a vampire who wants to harness that power can figure out how to use it to its best potential has some privileges thanks to being one of those Vampire Spawns.

Able to use it to not only drain blood from people easier, but he also ended up draining far more from his victims! To put it simply, their strength and power, making himself stronger with every drink. And with how addictive that power is…Astarion just kept on going, draining every enemy he came across with the party, getting larger and stronger, to the point he was no longer a sneaky little rogue….

Eventually he ended up at Baldurs Gate with the others…carrying his whole party with one hand as he just heads right over to his old vampiric masters castle and to crush it and him inside! Nobody was gonna tell this giant vampire spawn what to do anymore! And maybe he could control the world with all his new power too…."

So here's Astarion working his way up to great power, starting from absorbing the strength of low level bandits, to whole camps, and then go straight to the main problem, destroying his masters castle by just stomping on it!.
