Thanks for posting this. The only way we've gotten any movement, no matter how inconsequential it's been, is when the people of Minneapolis literally had to invade and burn down a MPD Precinct after George Floyd's murder. This has been going on for a long time. Back in the late 90's my roommates and I had to give what was essentially protection money to the MPD afilliated Metro Area Gang Strike Force via a cop bar. They finally were disbanded around 2009 due to a Federal investigation. I've been thrown on the ground, handcuffed, knee on the back of my neck while the officer said "think you got away with it punk". Turns out my vehicle was similar to another one that was reported stolen. No apology and he stated he lost the key for the handcuffs while I waited on the side of I-394 during rush hour for someone to release my bloody wrists from the cuffs. Made me late for work on my first day and of course my new boss saw me on the ground on her commute, which makes for a good story at least. Thanks for this video from the bottom of my heart.
