Hello everyone!

It's a new week and it's time for another rerelease from our backlog in our new formats and this time we're going with one of my favorite uncommons of all time. The Sonolily. It's just such an intriguing piece with a variety of uses!

A look back from Matthew:
I remember developing this one specifically for one of my campaigns. I wanted to have a master negotiator that had this particularly interesting flower on her desk. I wanted that flower to have a purpose and the idea of the Sonolily was born from it.
I will say, I think it gave birth to a meme as well as people still guess "Flowerpot" every week on our guessing games. Well one person in particular that is. I always point to the fact that we made this one, but it never seems to satisfy.
I've used a number of our items in my home games over the time we've been making them, but this was one of the first items that I designed specifically for a game itself and it fit in perfectly. I love figuring out interesting ways to solve problems and this one certainly solves a problem of "intrigue focused uncommons" that are kind of missing from the game.

We're so excited to continue working through our backlog of items. There's so many good trips down memory lane to come and I really want to share all of those with you. I often remember a lot more about the item when I get to write these posts so it's amazing to me to revisit them.

You can find complete downloads below with all of the formats that we normally only offer for our patrons. These backlog items will be publicly available for you to get a sense of what kind of quality you can expect from our releases.

If you would like to gain access to these robust formats for every new magic item we release, including early access to them, consider becoming a patron.
