Is everybody shriveled and puckered up like a lemon twist?! Strange! I hope not, for you may have problems if that's the case! As I have things well-underway development-wise, for everyone's perusal, I present a new horny-ass lizardman, Pernell!!

Pernell isn't messing about, since he has an idea of your playeriffic skills! If he sees you in his range, he will dodge roll, so watch out! Otherwise, this shady bama is pretty content to whack with the rest of his chummy enemy gang. This package contains an up-front dev build so you don't have to 'play' to actually make it to him. Please keep in mind (Since everything is varying degrees of WIP) that Pernell hasn't got to the sensual animations yet. I will get to that, I stress well and fully. I hope this can help satiate things a bit in the meantime- so consider this a Part 1 to Pernell.
