WIP / tier & commission changes (Patreon)

Some of you probably noticed I lowered the price of the tier 3 subscription, it was mainly just to shorten the gap between tier 2 and 3, but it was also to compensate for the changes to commissions.

I've been spending alot more time on commissions, learning new ways to make my renders better and trying new techniques, so a price change felt appropriate because with the old prices they just didn't feel worth it as I could spend weeks on a commission 😅

I also lowered the price of the tier 4 subscription for those interested
