Say NO: Disable the Photoshop Splash Screen (Patreon)

I used to enjoy the changing splash screens in Photoshop, but the latest  rendition of "Intense Woman in Blue quite possibly sponsored by Amazon" looks too much like an ad to me.  It's too distracting for my taste, so here's a quick trick that  suppresses the splash screen completely. 

This is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, except you fine folks get to see it today!
