This is a new segment on my channel for viewer questions I get that are answered easier as a video than as a text comment. Let me know if you like this format. I might do those without the web cam in the future, it’ll look better when I record them after hours.

I had prepared a nice thumbnail earlier, but then had to rush off to work. Creative Cloud did not sync my files of course, so I don’t have it here with me on my phone. Instead, you’ll get an early access perk until I’m back home and make this public with the thumbnail on YouTube.

Speaking of the thumbnail: if you’ve watched my previous live stream, I’ve replaced the monster character with a light bulb and made some other subtle changes.

Duplicating Objects with a Keyboard Shortcut in DAZ Studio

In this episode I’ll show you how to use a shortcut key to duplicate objects in your scene. DAZ Studio does not natively provide a shortcut for that, but we can set one up using the Customize Workspace option and potentially speed up workflow. The shortcut key I used (CTRL+D) was already in use, and I didn't know what it was associated with. I've since found out: it was "Edit - Figure - Drop to Floor". Quite useful, so don't override that like I did! This is a new segment on my channel for questions I get that are answered easier as a video than as a comment. I hope this was helpful.
