This video was inspired by all the big guys who start a public weight loss journey online, only to find it more difficult than expected to lose weight. You know the ones, they have a good first few weeks, then, suddenly, the weight they'd lost starts to creep back onto their waistlines. Sooner than later they are heavier than they were when they started their journey, and not much later they stop posting altogether and leave you wondering if they just keep ballooning.
