申し訳ないのですが、先月から体調が安定せず、もしかすると今月の更新頻度がいつもより遅くなるかもしれません。５年以上運営していてここまでのことは始めてなので、ちょっと戸惑っています。

I've not been feeling well since the last month and I might not be able to update as usual this moth in terms of the frequency. This is the first time that this kind of thing is happening through no less than 5 years I'm running my fan club so that I'm a bit confused.
