Custom Video Terms (Patreon)

Hello everyone! This is a quick rundown of all the rules for ordering a custom video from me. Please make sure to give these a read so your request has the best chance of being approved! :D

Terms and Conditions

• The rates listed are non-negotiable. If your request is more complicated, requires more preparation, more triggers, more complex editing, etc, then the price may increase for the time needed so I can make the video as perfectly as I can. This will be discussed as part of our terms, it won’t be a surprise later on.
• All videos will be 10-15 minutes in length.
• I reserve the right to refuse your request for any reason.
• I will not do any sexual, erotic, or fetish requests. If I suspect your request is sexual in nature or a fetish in disguise, your request will be denied.
• I will not do any cosplays or portray characters from any other IP or franchise. I offer custom videos either as myself, one of my own original characters, or as a general kind of character (hairdresser, demon, knight, alien, etc.)
• I will let you know if your request was denied and explain why. If you haven’t received any response within 14 days, feel free email me at softlygaloshes@gmail.com for an update. Please don’t ask me for updates before 14 days have passed, I get a lot of requests and I will reply as soon as I can. <3
• Please be respectful in all of our interactions. I’m doing my best. :)
• Once we have all the terms discussed, you will need to pay in full up front before I can start working on your video.
• I will only ask for payment when I know I can commit to making your video within a reasonable time frame. This will usually be a few days in advance. You and I will keep in touch so you know how things are going so there is full transparency. :)
• Payments will be made through PayPal. I will send you an invoice for the proper amount. Please do not send donations or any payments as "friends and family."
• After I’ve made the video, I will not be able to provide a refund.
• I retain the full rights to any and all videos I create. That means it’s under copyright of Softlygaloshes ASMR. It is unlawful to redistribute or upload elsewhere, it cannot be used for commercial or noncommerical purposes without my written permission, etc.
• Your video will be uploaded to Google Drive. Please provide me the appropriate email so I can grant you access to the download. Please download your custom video within 20 days after being notified. After that time, the video will be cleared to save space.
• Please try to be clear and detailed in your request, but also allow me a bit of creative freedom. I want it to be fun for both of us!
