Poll: Thumbnail help! (Executive Decision) (Patreon)

I've created a video titled, "ASMR Overly Repeating & Describing, Follow My Instructions, Focus, Fast Whispers, May I Touch You" So I've come up with three thumbnail styles! I want you to tell me which one you like best! I may switch around thumbnails on the video if it doesn't seem to be performing well..... but I'm trying to avoid that by getting y'alls input!
