In this one, you are inheriting an estate from your estranged uncle. You arrive at the manor, but either by your error or otherwise, you are a month earlier than expected. But come inside, have a cup of tea, and chat with The Caretaker! There are documents and letters to look through due to legal reasons getting in the way of your inheritance. Includes paper sounds, writing with a quill and ink, rain, fire, clock ticking, and quiet whispering as she goes through the documents. Then head upstairs to the master bedroom for a cozy night's sleep. Perfect for background ambience for studying, relaxing, or sleeping :) <3
