Hey cuties :) Here is a really gentle video to help you fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. The intro is short and simple without any previews or promos. The visuals are very dark and warm toned. There's no talking. There are rain sounds. Blinking and bleary-eyed visual effects are spread throughout to encourage you to close your eyes again. There aren't any personal attention triggers or anything that would make you want to keep your eyes open. At some point, the visuals gently fade while the audio continues with soft, even breathing and rain sounds :) I hope it helps!
