Hello Galoshies! Here is a Patreon exclusive audio just for you all on the $5 tier! This audio is all about using the Pomodoro Technique, which you can learn more about here! Basically, when you need to get a task done, think about how many "pomodoros" (25 minute increments) a task will take, and then set that many timers in a row! This is a time management technique to help you focus and get things done.

Throughout this audio, there are fluffy and scratchy head massage sounds with intermittent whispered encouragement by me :) I hope you find this to be helpful! Enjoy!

Softly!, It's working. I've been stuck beginning on something for several years. It took about 10 minutes just listening to sink in. It made the back of my neck and shoulders feel warm. The scritchy sound make, blocks out the noise that the task makes which is helpful. Your words of encouragement are perfect. Thank you.

Kind of like Ava Gardner helping HH in the movie Aviator! Thx 🏁 I am indebted to you!

What did Mary Poppins say? " Well begun is half done". Thank you for breaking through to my brain and getting me a well begun!! More to do, but I have you by my side! What a nice thing you have done for your subs!! 💫✨

This audio turned out amazing! I've listened to it at least eight times today. I love it. The constant fluffy sounds helped me get into flow state so much (as I cannot tell how much time passed, unlike with music or more conversational audios) and the occasional reminders to focus on just *one* thing was very, very helpful. It kept me on track a few times actually! Thank you so much for making this, Bekah! :)
