Hello there, my Softies and Galoshies! Here is a sneak peek at the video I recorded yesterday! It's got a nice little fall theme. Includes the typical positive affirmations like "it's gonna be okay" and "I love you" but also touches on ways to help ourselves feel happier. Face brushing is the visual trigger and layered shhh/mic blowing comes in with the extra tingles and relaxation.
