I missed the opportunity to ask questions, but there was a question I have wanted to ask you, so I'll try it here. There seems to be a methodology behind some of your videos (Most Tingles Ever series for example). Do you read about/research neurosciences or is it more based on your experience doing and experiencing ASMR? ...Also, board games. Yay!!!

I just want to say thank you for all the very hard work that you do Bekah, and I'm happy to know that you are enjoying what you do and 45 years from now I can still tune in to You Tubes replacement to get my ASMR if I make it to 105 😉
