My health took a sharp turn. I’m pretty sure I have a dental emergency (feels like it might be a small abscess) but I can’t see my dentist until Wednesday. My mouth has been in agony since late last week. I’ve been keeping the pain at bay with otc pain killers (Tylenol and Advil) and delta 8 420 gummies. But in turn that’s made me loopy and sleepy. So I’ve been pretty out of it. I would not wish this pain on anyone.

I’m also getting concerned by the panic attacks I’ve been having lately. I just felt one hit and decided to take my blood pressure twice. First reading was 175/109 and second was 174/111. This is high. The nurse hotline I called wants me to try to relax and sip water for an hour and see if it starts going down. If I can’t get it lowered enough by lunch I may need to go to the ER.

So just giving you all a heads up if I go poof randomly!
